Fee-Free Payment Options
Discounted pricing may be available when paying through eligible fee-free methods, including PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo Friends & Family, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
Please contact me before purchasing if you’d like to use a fee-free payment option or receive applicable discounted pricing.
Payment Plans
Need a little extra time? Payment plans are available on eligible purchases.
20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your item.
For purchases up to $1,000, the remaining balance is due within 4 weeks.
For purchases over $1,000, the remaining balance is due within 6 weeks.
Once a payment plan begins, the item will be marked as reserved and held for you until the balance is paid in full.
Payment Plan Cancellation: If an order is canceled or the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed payment-plan period, all payments made to date will be retained by the seller and are non-refundable.
Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

Due to the nature of pre-loved luxury and consignment, all sales are final. Cristin’s Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.
Every effort is made to accurately describe each item's condition and disclose known signs of wear or imperfections. Pre-loved pieces may naturally show signs of previous use, so please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.
