PAYMENT OPTIONS

For your convenience, Cristin’s Collection offers several ways to shop:

PAYMENT PLANS

Need a little time? I offer flexible payment plans directly through Cristin’s Collection.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your item.

Items up to $1,000: Remaining balance due within 4 weeks.

Items over $1,000: Remaining balance due within 6 weeks.

Once a payment plan begins, the item is considered reserved for you and removed from availability.

If an order or payment plan is canceled before the remaining balance is paid, all payments made to date will be retained by the seller and are non-refundable.

Please contact me before purchasing if you would like to arrange a payment plan.

AUTHENTICITY

Authenticity is never an add-on.

Every item sold through Cristin’s Collection is verified and authenticated prior to sale, regardless of whether a Certificate of Authenticity is purchased.

Some items may already include a Certificate of Authenticity, original purchase receipt, or other authentication documentation. Any documentation included with a specific item will be noted in the product listing.

If your item does not already include authentication documentation and you would like a copy for your records, an electronic PDF Certificate of Authenticity may be added to your order for $15.

Add gift packaging to your order for an extra-special unboxing experience.

Gift packaging includes a box and ribbon and is priced to account for both the physical packaging and the additional shipping cost associated with the increased package size and weight.

Packaging is subject to size availability. If I’m unable to accommodate your particular item, I’ll contact you and refund the gift packaging charge.

SHIPPING

Complimentary insured U.S. shipping is included with handbag purchases unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

CONDITION & PRE-LOVED ITEMS

Unless otherwise stated, items sold by Cristin’s Collection are pre-loved and may show signs of previous use.

I make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each piece, including notable wear or imperfections.

Please carefully review the complete listing and all photographs before purchasing. I’m always happy to provide additional information or photos before you buy.

CONDITION GUIDE

Every pre-loved piece has a story, and sometimes a little evidence that it’s been loved along the way. 🖤 To make shopping easier, Cristin’s Collection uses the following condition guide across all listings.

NEW / UNUSED
Item has not been used and shows no signs of wear. Original packaging, tags, or protective materials may or may not be included unless specifically stated in the listing.

LIKE NEW
Item appears nearly new with little to no visible signs of use. Any wear is extremely minimal and may include very light handling or storage marks.

EXCELLENT
Item has been gently used and is exceptionally well maintained. Minor signs of wear may be present, such as light hardware scratches, subtle leather creasing, minor interior marks, or light wear consistent with careful use.

VERY GOOD
Item shows normal signs of previous use while remaining in beautiful overall condition. Wear may include light corner or edge wear, hardware scratches or tarnishing, leather creasing, minor glazing or piping wear, interior marks, or other visible signs of use.

GOOD
Item shows noticeable signs of previous use but remains fully functional and has plenty of life left. Wear may include visible corner or edge wear, scratches, staining, discoloration, patina, glazing or piping wear, hardware wear, interior marks, or other cosmetic imperfections.

FAIR
Item shows significant or extensive signs of previous use. This may include heavier wear, staining, discoloration, cracking, peeling, rubbing, hardware wear, interior wear, odors, repairs, alterations, or other notable imperfections. These pieces are generally priced accordingly and can be a great option for someone who doesn’t mind a well-loved bag.

A NOTE ABOUT CONDITION

Condition ratings are provided as an overall guide and are based on my assessment of each item. Because pre-loved pieces are unique, the type and location of wear will vary from item to item.

The written description and photographs of the individual item should always be considered alongside its overall condition rating.

I make every effort to photograph and disclose notable wear or imperfections so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. Please review all photos and condition details carefully before purchasing, and never hesitate to reach out if you’d like additional photos or information.

Due to the nature of luxury resale, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item description, condition rating, photographs, disclosed wear or imperfections, and applicable policies and agree to the terms of the sale.
